So today was a day that started out pretty frustrating. For those of you who know me pretty well, mornings are not my thing, especially in the 1st hour after I get up! Well usually the kids are able to get up and get dressed and mom gets their breakfast and we're set to go. Not this morning, the baby decided to croup all night and no one but the little kids were awake and everyone needed something. And remember, I don't do well in the mornings! Well, we made it through the morning and got off to church, but not without being a little extra stressed and snappy. Basically said, I was in the flesh which always makes for bummer mornings. But after deciding to get out of the flesh, God gave me a great day! Sunday school with the 4s and 5s was great. All of the kids were participating in worship(which for some is a bit of a struggle. hand motions just aren't their thing)! All the kids also listened really well to the story of Samuel anointing David, and we were able to talk about how God can use anyone whose heart is following Him! Then tonight, we had a wonderful home fellowship at our house! We had a really sweet group of people including people from church and the neighborhood! We talked about Matthew 6 and not doing things for the praises of man but the glory of God! The Lord is faithful even when we are not! Praise the Lord!
